Please, check your order after delivery. Is something missing or broke? Your contentment is very important to us. So please contact us and we will always take your complaint seriously and try to solve the problem. If this is not possible, you can send us the products back within 14 working days. Acceptable faults include a faulty spray pump, broken or damaged packaging or bottle and leakage. We will either resend your order for free, or return your payment. The return costs are at your expense.

You as a customer are responsible for the shipping & shipping charges of the returned items. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. S a a r will not charge additional charges for exchanges. refunds for returned items will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser's credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded for. For countries in the EU Vat will be included in the refund. All exchanges of faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, dependent on availability.


Please add to your return delivery: the damaged products, the receipt, a picture if necessary and the reason for returning.
